Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of GetGood Drums, LLC products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” a product therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is made.
Are your samples raw?
Not quite– there’s some very light EQ on most of the shells and additional processing on the kicks. However, we’ve kept the processing to a minimum to give you as many options as possible.
How do I route GGD in my DAW?
GGD comes with multi-out templates for Cubase, Logic and Pro Tools, and users have posted unofficial templates for other DAWs (Reaper, Studio One, etc) in the GGD Forum. You can also check out this handy tutorial.
Do I have to pay you any fees beyond the purchase price if I use these sounds in my compositions for a Film, Album, Game or other recording?
There are no other fees to pay, provided you use our sounds in the context of a musical composition and not as part of a library of sounds.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are instant. If you don’t receive your order immediately, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email server’s spam filter has blocked your order email from arriving to your inbox. Please check your spam and other filters. Feel free to reach out to support if you have any further issues.
My library keeps timing out in demo mode?
All of our drum libraries are Kontakt Player libraries which means they work with the free version of Kontakt. Be sure to register your license through Native Access to get full access to the product.
So what do I need to use GGD?
GGD libraries are licensed Kontakt instruments which work with the latest version of Kontakt Player (free) and Kontakt 6.
All full drum libraries (excludes all One Kit Wonder Libraries) also come with TCI files which can be used with Slate Trigger 2.
